Users who register for Pitaya2 and utilize its game services are deemed to have accepted the terms of use and game rules outlined below.
The purpose of these terms is to provide a safe, fair, and orderly gaming environment for all players, to protect players' rights, and to ensure the sustainability of Pitaya2 services.
Pitaya2 management exercises its authority to maintain game order and server security within the framework of applicable legislation, principles of good faith, and these terms of use.
1. Account Creation and Security
- Each player is required to use accurate and personal information during registration.
- Maintaining the confidentiality of account details and passwords is the user's responsibility.
- Selling, renting, transferring, or sharing accounts with third parties is prohibited.
- Suspicious activities that compromise account security must be reported to the support system.
- Unauthorized access—or attempts to gain unauthorized access—to accounts belonging to others is strictly prohibited.
- Password reset and account recovery procedures are carried out via established verification protocols.
Pitaya2 management may implement necessary and proportionate protective measures in the event of suspected unauthorized access or a breach of account security.
2. Fair Play and Prohibited Software
To ensure players can compete on equal terms, unfair interference with game mechanics is prohibited.
The following activities are not permitted:

Using multiple accounts from the same device or internet connection does not, in itself, constitute a rule violation or proof of cheating.

4. Player Behavior

The following behaviors are prohibited:

Management evaluates requests based on the subject matter and available technical data.
In the event of misuse of the support system—such as through threats, insults, spam, or misleading reports—proportionate restrictions may be applied regarding the relevant service.

12. Intellectual Property and Trademark Notice

The Metin2 name, trademark, and related third-party intellectual property rights belong to their respective owners.
Pitaya2 makes no claim of any official partnership, endorsement, or affiliation with the relevant trademark owners or official publishers.
Rights are reserved regarding website content, original software, designs, and other works developed specifically for Pitaya2 and over which legal ownership is held.
These Terms of Use do not constitute a claim of ownership over the intellectual property rights of third parties.
13. Updates to Terms of Use
Pitaya2 may update the Terms of Use in accordance with service requirements, security needs, and legal regulations.
